	Wet body with lukewarm water in shower or tub.
	Lather a small amount all over body with hands, washcloth or sponge.
	Use a gentle circular motion to gently massage skin and slough off dead skin cells and impurities. Pay special attention to areas like elbows, knees, back of neck, ankles, under arms, and feet which may need extra product and exfoliation.
	Rinse well.

	After a shower or bath, while your skin is still damp, apply half-a-handful of Restorative Body Cream to your entire body.
	Gently massage cream into the skin immediately post shower to ensure the highest possible level of hydration. This cream can also be used at night time before going to bed to seal in moisture. Repeated use will leave your skin silky, soft, and supple.
