Can I buy items for delivery outside of the U.S.?
We do not offer delivery outside of the U.S.
What are your shipping rates?
Shipping and delivery charges depend on the shipping options and the total of your order. Below is a chart with our shipping rates. Currently we can only ship within the United States.

Do you charge taxes?
We will add all applicable taxes to items shipped to Florida.
What is the delivery time to an APO/FPO addess?
Orders shipped to APO/FPO addresses will ship via Parcel Post and deliveries may take up 32 days.
What is the delivery time to Alaska, Hawaii and the U.S. Territories?

For updated tracking details on your order, access your account and select the view order link for the order you wish to track, then click on the order's tracking number and you will obtain real time tracking results.
How can I track my order?
Check the status of your orders by clicking on My Account at the top of Femmescience.com. You will be prompted to log in with your email address and password if you're not logged in. Click on "Track Order" in the order list for the order you'd like to track.
An order summary page will provide you with detailed information about your order. If your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be available on this page. To track your order, simply click on the tracking number to view the delivery status of your order.
What is your return policy?
At Femmescience, we are confident the quality of our skincare products will meet, if not exceed your expectations. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase simply follow the instructions below:
Please include a copy of invoice or packing slip with your returned products for identification. Returns must contain at least 75% of original contents. We cannot refund shipping charges. Returns must be shipped back to 319 NW 25th St, Miami, FL 33127 using a traceable service (UPS, FedEx or USPS Priority Mail).
We are unable to process returns or refunds if received by us 30 days after the order was shipped. We can only process returns for products purchased directly at www.Femmescience.com. Please contact your retailer for returns if you purchased your Femmescience products from a retail outlet. Please allow 30-60 days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.
This Guarantee is void if, at Femmescience's sole discretion, it believes that the purchaser is taking illegitimate advantage or abusing the terms of this policy.
Is the information I give secure?
Yes. All your personal information is secured using SSL (Secure Socket Layers). Your credit card information is captured and stored separately from your order to prevent unauthorized use. If you prefer, you may also call 1.877.336.6325 to place your order.
